Practice Focus

Paul drafts and prosecutes patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright applications. His practice includes a significant amount of intellectual property litigation in both the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Prior to relocating to British Columbia, he also litigated in the Ontario courts. He also advises clients in respect of enforcement, IP strategy and protection, licensing and intellectual property due diligence matters. Paul’s patent application and prosecution work includes the information technology, mechanical, electronic, electrical, some chemical and biotechnical arts.
