Paul Smith will be attending INTA’s Leadership Meeting in Phoenix November 12 and 13. He co-chairs the TransPacific Partnership task force for the Free Trade Areas sub-committee. The task force’s mandate is to track and report on the TPP negotiations that are currently under way between Asia-Pacific states, a challenging task in view of the strict secrecy imposed by confidentiality agreements executed by all participating states.
